How we do business matters to us. We pride ourselves on our commitment to do what’s right and we always operate with integrity, transparency, and authenticity. We care about the land we build on, working closely with landowners, local communities, and all levels of government to develop solutions that help decarbonise the energy sector, while also driving positive social and environmental outcomes at a local level.

- Project reporting, including: project health checks, monthly project dashboards and reports, internal and external project updates, Board reporting and performance reporting.
- Project controls by undertaking regular reviews with project teams, to ensure risks, issues, schedule and budgets are conforming to standards and ensure issues are escalated in a timely manner.
- Compliance: track and report on compliance obligations in relation to project execution.
- Systems management: administration of project delivery systems and tools, and SharePoint document control.
- Build customer relationships: develop effective relationships with internal departments and other stakeholders.

- Teamwork ability to engage with cross-functional teams, adapt to dynamic environments and work collaboratively to achieve desired outcomes.
- Financial acumen to understand how project budgets are established and managed, including monthly reporting requirements.
- General understanding of workplace health, safety, environmental, and legal compliance standards specific to Australia.
